Work Philosophy,
I am very involved with the military and try to live by those morals. Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all I do. I believe that integrity is very important to have in oneself whether it is working at a fast food restaurant or being a million dollar stock broker in New York City. Service before self doesn't just mean the military, it can mean a lot of things such as taking pride in whatever it is you do and being proud of doing it. Excellence is the closest to perfection but nothing is perfect, so if you try and try until you get things correct you'll reach your own level of excellence.

ROTC Demonstration

I have recently earned my high school diploma at Salem County Vocational Technical School in Salem County NJ. During my time at SCVTS I participated in the AFROTC program. In this program I took classes that prepared me for the vigorous training and knowledge I will need to know when I enlist in the military and during basic training as well as skills I will use and benefit me throughout my life. ROTC has helped me as a person in many ways, to have confidence in myself, leadership skills, my personal strength, and working well with others. During my time in ROTC, our flight does a lot of community help such as fund raising, and going to veterans graves twice a year to put in American flags on each and every one of the graves. Because of ROTC, I have become a wiser more humble person, someone I thought I would never be. I now have the confidence I didn't have before such as social skills, public speaking, integrity, and team work. I will be going into the US Army this summer for basic training, and because of SCVTS and the ROTC program I feel very confident in everything that is to come my way within the next year or so and as will as for the rest of my life.
